Rayna Austad is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Herzing University and is passionate about holistic medicine. Over the past year, she has had the privilege of learning from and mentoring with the providers at Integrative Medical Associates.

Rayna has over ten years of nursing experience including working as an insurance nurse which gave her a unique perspective on chronic disease patterns and how illness is often managed within the healthcare system. Before stepping into this role, she dedicated time to supporting women in managing stress and anxiety through a holistic lens – using lifestyle interventions, mindfulness, and education to promote lasting wellness. This experience deepened her commitment to root-cause healing and whole-body balance.
